Will my brochure arrive before the ceremony?
We print the brochures once we’ve received the final artwork from the University of Exeter - this is usually very close to the ceremony dates. Because of this, brochures are typically dispatched after the ceremonies take place.
Please note these are commemorative items, designed to be a lasting keepsake of the day, rather than something to bring with you on the day itself. We’ll get yours to you as quickly as possible once production is complete.
How do I know if my brochure has been dispatched?
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is dispatched. It will be sent to the email address you used when placing your order and will include a tracking number.
I’ve ordered a brochure for the wrong ceremony date - what should I do?
If you’ve ordered a standard brochure and it hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll be happy to send the correct version instead. For personalised brochures, we may still be able to amend or replace your order – as long as it hasn’t gone into production. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help resolve any issues.

I’ve made a mistake on my personalised brochure - can I fix it?
If your brochure hasn’t entered production yet, we can update the personalisation for you. If it’s already being printed, a new order will be required.
