All orders are processed within 3-4 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please note, any orders placed after 12pm GMT will begin processing the following working day. Any orders placed over a weekend or holiday period, will also begin processing on the next available working day.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
All deliveries from graduationbrochureprint.co.uk are arranged with and delivered by Royal Mail. For UK customers we use 48hr Tracked, for European customers we used European Tracked and for International customers we use International Tracked.
The shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the entire order.

In the first instance please contact Ashley House Printing Company if you receive your order damaged. Bring any damage to the attention of the courier upon arrival of shipment. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
